(1) If there is sufficient reason and basis to suspect that a person has any foreign exchange contrary to this Act, by the order of the investigating officer, at least a gazetted second class employee may search the accounts of such person.

But when taking a house search of a wife, the house search should be done only by the wife.
(2) If any foreign exchange or document related thereto is found contrary to this Act while searching the suspected person, such foreign exchange or document may be seized.
(3) According to this section, at least two local persons shall be witnesses and the search shall be conducted in their presence. The details of the foreign exchange or related documents found during the search should be prepared and the witnesses present in it should also be signed.
